We handle each circumstance on an individually basis and cannot guarantee any returns. However, we will look into return options for your item and if available we will be happy to assist.
- Terms of return (all returns must be confirmed on delivery or within two days prior to delivery)
- State of return (all returns must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged to assure refund )
- Reason for return (please provide a valid reason for your return. RETURNS BASED ON "SENDING THE WRONG ITEM FOR PURCHASE" WILL RESULT IN ADDITOINAL RETURN FEES.)
- Process for return (please report all returns to our delivery driver. If you have already sailed out, please notify us at orders@shipsahoyhs.com (subject: RETURN) for prompt action)
- Process of refund (we will first acknowledge your return and dissatisfaction. Next we will locate the seller of your item and follow their proper return procedures, updating you throughout the process. Once we can confirm the return, then a refund will be issued. )
